About the Position
As an FP&A Analyst at our company, you will play a significant role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes within the Central Zone FP&A Team of Europe and Pacific Developed Markets. You will work closely with various teams within the Finance department and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate sophisticated financial information effectively.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Collaborate with business units to develop and maintain financial models that support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario analyses.
- Monitor and supervise actual financial performance against budgeted and forecasted figures, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions as vital.
- Supervise and track fixed cost working with the Zero Base Budgeting methodology.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and trends.
- Support the development and implementation of annual budget, 3 years strategic plan, Impairment analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that involve financial analysis, cost optimization, and process improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and using tools such as Microsoft Excel, financial planning software, and ERP systems (SAP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into simple and actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively convey financial information to both finance and non-finance partners.
- Meticulous with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise-level financial systems is a plus.
