Summary: To assist the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist in an assigned Human Resource sub-function, HR Help Center.
General Responsibilities:

  • Process associate's concerns and inquiries via HRIS Tool, HR Case Ticketing Tool and Telephone Platform
  • Handles and resolves Tier 1 cases within agreed timeline for HRHC core tasks
    • Following the approved Local Work Instructions and Process Standards
  • Coordinate and assigns Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions and ensures resolution within the agreed timeline of the inquiry
  • May be assigned/rotated across related sub-functions in Help Center
  • Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time


Basic Qualifications:

  • At least college graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • Fresh grad or preferably with relevant work experience.
  • Has a knowledge and experience in HR Contact Center using Amazon Connect or any cloud contact system
  • Has a knowledge and experience in HRIS tool i.e Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft
  • Has a knowledge and experience in Case Ticketing Tools i.e Salesforce, Service Now, and Siebel Sequel
  • Has a knowledge and experience in Gsuites
  • Willing to work in Alabang
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule
