This program is designed to turn junior talent into future leaders in Business Development, Sales, and Partnerships within the European fintech ecosystem.
What You’ll Experience
Over 6 months, you’ll be part of real commercial operations, contributing to projects that drive the business forward. This isn’t an internship where you watch from the sidelines — it’s an internship where you grow, decide, and make an impact.
Here’s what you’ll learn and do:
High-impact training that accelerates your learning curve
- Intensive onboarding on product, payments, markets, and competition.
- Hands-on sales training: communication, pitching, prospecting, negotiation.
- Professional mastery of tools like Salesforce, data analysis, and segmentation.
- Active prospecting in live commercial campaigns.
- Direct outreach to qualified leads and collaboration with Sales, Partners, and Inside Sales.
- Shadowing, role-plays, and sessions with subject-matter experts.
- International exposure: connection with our London team and culture.
- Workshops on presentations, storytelling, and objection handling.
- Weekly mentoring with senior professionals.
The purpose of this program is clear: to be your first step into a long-term fintech career.
After completing the internship (based on performance), you may progress into any commercial rol!
Who We’re Looking For
Young people who want to make things happen:
- Energy, curiosity, and ambition.
- Passion for learning fast and working collaboratively.
- Strong interest in building a career in business development.
- Good communication skills (they don’t have to be perfect — we’ll help you grow).
- High level of Spanish and a solid level of English.
