This role focuses on the implementation, customization, and support of Finiq software, a widely recognized platform in financial product sales and structuring. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in driving digital transformation and streamlining the bank’s structured products, pricing, and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Finiq System Implementation: Lead the implementation of Finiq software solutions, ensuring alignment with the bank’s requirements and processes.
Customization & Development: Customize the Finiq platform to enhance functionalities that meet the bank’s specific financial product needs, including structured products, derivatives, and sales workflows.
Product Pricing & Structuring: Work with cross-functional teams to structure and price financial products within the Finiq platform.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Finiq system users, resolving issues efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Integration & Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, sales, and trading teams to integrate Finiq with other banking systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for internal users to ensure effective usage of the Finiq platform. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and updates.
Project Management: Manage and coordinate Finiq-related projects, working closely with stakeholders to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that Finiq operations comply with all regulatory requirements and support risk management efforts.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in IT or banking, with a focus on financial software implementation.
Proven experience working with Finiq software or similar platforms.
Experience in product structuring, pricing, and sales processes in the banking sector.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial products, particularly structured products, derivatives, and fixed income.
Experience with system integration and automation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, or scripting for customization.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
