We're looking for Financial Representative, Travel and Operations to join our Travel team. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Travel and Operations, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing company travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Ensuring travel plans comply with company budget and policies while maintaining accurate records
- Reviewing and processing travel-related invoices/statements for Accounts Payable
- Preparing MIS reports to track spending against budget and validate travel charges
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, ensuring cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions
- Requires minimum graduate (Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration/Tourism)
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- IATA certification if possessed would be an added advantage
- Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
