We’re looking for a sharp, data-savvy Financial Planning Analyst to join our Central Finance team in EMEA, supporting both our Digital Senior Finance Business Partner and broader regional finance functions. You’ll work across 35 countries and 5 clusters, helping drive insights, visualizations, and financial performance strategies that influence key business decisions.

Your role in our mission
- Deliver insights that matter – Analyze financial results, track performance vs. targets, and surface key trends
- Be a systems expert – Leverage Onestream and Oracle to retrieve and transform data into actionable intelligence
- Create visual stories – Design dashboards and tools to help leaders see and understand the numbers behind the strategy
- Champion process excellence – Identify automation opportunities, improve processes, and help standardize tools across the region
- Partner across the business – Work closely with cross-functional teams across 35 countries to support projects, bookings, and margin analysis
- Drive value in digital – Track key digital finance initiatives and optimization targets to support business growth
Valued skills and experience
- A strong foundation – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Proven experience – several years in FP&A at a multinational or fast-moving company
- Analytical mindset – Confident working with complex data and drawing clear, actionable conclusions
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable with financial systems; experience with Oracle and Onestream is a big plus
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets – You're a spreadsheet power user who knows how to build impactful models
- Excellent communicator – Able to collaborate across regions and explain financial insights in a clear, compelling way
