About The Role ℹ️
We're seeking a mid-to-senior level Financial Controller to strengthen our Financial function.
In this position, you'll oversee financial operations, perform regular financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll provide critical financial insights to support decision process.
Our Ideal Candidate 🎯
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
5-8 years of experience in a Big4 company in Cyprus.
Strong understanding of IFRS and Cypriot accounting standards.
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Native-level Greek speaker; fluent in English.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Key Responsibilities 📋
Manage accounting and financial reporting processes.
Conduct regular financial due diligence.
Prepare regular financial reports.
Review financial statements.
Implement internal financial controls.
Coordinate financial practices and reporting standards.
Monitor company expenses and ensure timely payments.
Interact with company’s auditors and local authorities.
