Job Summary
Reporting to the State Compliance Manager you will help prepare the following: sales & use tax returns, unclaimed property reporting, business license filings and miscellaneous filings. Maintain complete and accurate tax records, prepare reports, and provide recommendations.
Position Responsibilities
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and use tax filings.
- Business license filings.
- You will support unclaimed property tax filings.
- Exemption certificate completion.
- You will assist internal partners with taxability of purchases.
- You will assist with notice resolution.
- Help with sales and use tax research projects.
- You will provide sales and use tax audit assistance.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
- Experience conducting tax research and developing supportable tax positions.
- Competency with electronic tax research tools (e.g.: CCH, RIA, etc.) and tax compliance software (e.g.: Vertex).
- At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
