As a Financial Administrator at All Options, you’ll manage the financial administration of multiple entities—handling invoices, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, VAT, and monthly reporting.
We’re looking for someone with bookkeeping or accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Exact and MS Office. You’ll thrive in our collaborative, fast-paced environment where growth and teamwork go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording and payment of invoices;
- Recording and reconciling bank statements;
- Managing and controlling intercompany accounts;
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Support the preparation of the VAT returns;
- Support the Financial Controller with the preparation of the monthly reporting
Key Requirements:
- Holder of MBO (Vocational Secondary Education);
- Minimum of two years experience in bookkeeping / accounting;
- Accurate;
- Experienced in Exact and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal & written;
- Self-motivated, pro-active and a strong team player;
