PCH is looking for a self-motivated, eager college student to join our team as a temporary Accounts Payable Coordinator. We are a collaborative team who values input from everyone and you will have an opportunity to work closely with the Finance team on a wide range of projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Update cash position reports on a regular basis
• Prepare and distribute updated Purchasing Card & Authorized signing agreements
• Update disbursement file with vendor descriptions
• Responsible for mail and check distribution
• Link invoice images to invoices & review invoice batches
• Various projects as needed

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
• Desire to learn and grow
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Excellent mathematical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
