Alteryx is searching for a Team Lead, Financial Systems. This position is remote-friendly.


Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced professional to lead a team that supports our financial applications and serve our internal customers. The team supports NetSuite, Concur, and SAP Commissions (Formerly Callidus Cloud) as well as other peripheral systems. At minimum, Team Lead, Financial Systems is expected to have significant experience and in-depth knowledge in NetSuite. Training in other systems may be provided. Experience in SAP Commissions or Commissions in general are huge plus. Team Lead also demonstrates understanding of business processes and requirements and applies it to system solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of administrators to support Alteryx’s financial systems

  • Support other administrators by providing technical and functional advice

  • Manage and coach direct reports to develop their skills and raise the team potential

  • Coordinate and run various meetings such as team stand-ups, sync-ups with other teams, governance meetings with stakeholders.

  • Oversee solution designs and ensure optimal outcome and scalability

  • Plan and prioritize projects and tasks for the team

  • Be part of the user support team to handle incoming requests

  • Perform administrator tasks for NetSuite, Concur, SAP Commissions, and other systems

  • Troubleshoot system issues and apply fixes.

  • Help solidify culture of teamwork and enhance emotionally safe team environment

  • Assist users in developing/refining their processes around supported systems

  • Work with the integration team to build new integrations between systems and optimize existing ones

  • Ensure SOX compliance by properly documenting unit testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments

  • Strengthen relationship with the business teams to learn about their common frustrations and issues that affect their work

  • Ensure system compliance with Company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations and changes

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – MIS, Computer Science or Accounting

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in NetSuite as administrator (consulting experience could count for some of it).

  • System Savvy – ability to find your way around the system NATURALLY. 

  • Good people skills and positive attitude

  • Commitment to complete projects on time

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to be flexible with changing priorities

Big Plus:

  • NetSuite Certifications

  • Experience in SAP Commission (formerly Callidus Cloud) system, other commission systems, or commissions in general. A certification would be even better.

  • Experience in SAP Concur system as an administrator. A certification would be huge plus.

Valued Skills:

  • Accounting background

  • Software industry experience

  • SuiteFlow workflow experience

  • Understanding of SuiteScript and SQL

  • Experience working in Agile environment

  • SQL, Excel, and Visio

  • Previous experience working in a SOX environment

  • Familiarity with integration platform such as Boomi and Informatica

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, Colorado is $88,400 - $150,300. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
