Supply Chain Accountant /Accountant
Summary
The Supply Chain Accountant role is responsible for helping to achieve Aristocrat's key objectives within the Supply Chain organization by supporting the Controller Supply Chain & Assistant Controller in monitoring and reporting on financial performance, while ensuring operational and control standards are maintained.
The role has an emphasis on providing financial visibility in areas of inventory management, production order variances, cycle count reconciliation entries, and P&L analysis. The role also requires significant business partnering with leaders of Aristocrat's Global Supply Chain organization.
What You'll Do

• Help manage monthly financial close, product costing and reporting activities
• Investigate work orders, purchase orders andinventory variances to determine root causes, provide corrective actions and supporting analysis
• Build robust management reports, tools & processes, and provide superior service to internal business partners
• Provide auditors with requested documentation and help to remediate any process gaps
• Support Controller with budget/forecast process for multiple manufacturing sites
• Manage permanent headcount and track temporary labor spend report / hours
• Assist Site manufacturing team with various ad-hoc requests

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in similar positions (title dependent on experience level)
• Must have solid financial analysis skillset and understanding of accounting principles
• CPA license preferred but not required
• Supply Chain acumen and general operations knowledge preferred
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other tools (ERPs, financial planning systems)
