What you will be doing?

• Coding of revenue and expense transactions in GL
• Perform month end journal entries/close and delivery of financial packages
• Assist with daily processing of customer invoices/vendor bills
• Review GL for maintenance (expenses, classifications, groupings)
• Reconcile Cash/Balance Sheet accounts
• Support monthly variance analysis for department P&Ls
• Assist in new process and new technology implementation within the Finance & Accounting function
• Assist in the reconciliation and remittance of Sales & Use Tax
• Perform accounting related tasks as assigned by Controller

What you will bring?

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, or related field) with 3+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience that includes AP/AR, transactional GL functions, Month End Close. Public accounting experience a plus.
• Demonstrated problem solving, analytical & decision-making skills
• Experience in NetSuite a plus, or middle level ERP package preferred
• Experience with MS Office Suite with high level proficiency in Excel
• Must be an effective communicator and comfortable approaching all levels of management throughout the organization
• Be a self-starter that is motivated to drive process improvement
• Must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
