ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

As the Staff Accountant you will apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital to prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts. Create monthly DSO (Day Sales Outstanding) reports by region by compiling multiple data sources. Prepare a weekly CFO Report, which includes the also created Accounts Receivable (AR) Report, Cash Collections Report, Executive Pulse Report, Backlog Data, Lists of Customers on hold (when customers fail to pay and services are placed on hold), and Lists of Customer invoices on Bad Debt Reserve. Collect and analyze data to prepare Cash Forecast report. Perform accounts receivable functions. Perform monthly Cash Receipts reconciliation.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or closely related field. Will not accept foreign equivalent.


Travel Required: TRAVEL: up to 10% if required by the organization for business needs – overnight traveling within USA as well internationally
