The Staff Accountant is a critical member of the accounting operations team responsible for a variety of operational accounting duties. This individual will be instrumental in maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial systems.

The right person will be a self-motivated, independent and proactive member of the finance team. They will efficiently ensure daily cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

You Will:

• Record and reconcile daily cash transactions
• Reconcile and import invoices as needed between customer portals, NetSuite, and the Company database
• Process customer credits and vendor purchase orders
• Prepare and send bi-weekly customer statements and follow-up on collection efforts
• Prepare weekly check runs
• Process bills and vendor payments
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries
• Month-end close reconciliations for receivables and payables
• Special projects as identified

You Have:

• 1+ years of accounting work experience
• Customer Service focus towards customers, vendors, and internal requests
• Strong time management and organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects on time

You May Have:

• Experience using NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
• Experience working in and thriving in high-speed, dynamic work environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Ability to work with remote and global team members

We have a thoughtful approach when it comes to compensation. Towards the end of each interview process, we create customized compensation reports based off of skill, years of experience, geographic location, and other factors driven by market research. Specific details may be discussed during the initial call with the Talent Acquisition Partner. Market data in Colorado suggests this position’s compensation would start at $32 hour based off of geographic location and skill level. Upon assessment of the individual’s experience an exact amount will be determined.
