Position Title: Sr Systems Analyst, ERP (Oracle Finance Cloud)

Role:

As a Sr. Sr Systems Analyst, ERP (Oracle Finance Cloud), you'll join our Data & Digital team helping us lead, design and build our digital transformation and define what's next for our business-while working in an organization that's continuously investing in data and systems.

The Sr Systems Analyst, ERP (Oracle Finance Cloud) will assist with managing and maintaining complex ERP systems - Oracle Fusions Cloud (ERP/Finance/SCM/Project/Risk Clouds), JD Edwards (JDE), Concur, and Coupa.

You will be involved in the implementation, support and maintenance related to design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle Finance Cloud including, but not limited to Payables, Receivables, Cash Management modules over & above other integrated applications like RecVue, Avalara, Razor Sight, Dynamics CRM and others.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, assess and improve the solutions that provide the business capabilities and end-to-end value to users and stakeholders and maximizes end user adoption.
• Provide support with developing, testing and rolling out solutions, bug fixes and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and solve incidents reported by users and conduct Problem Management including root cause analysis of design and adoptability problems.
• Collaborate with business and product managers to gather application and technical requirements, create detailed process flows, develop BIP/OTBI reports, security setups, testing/training documents.
• Lead the review, validation and testing of quarterly upgrade functionalities in Oracle Cloud applications, and help the users understand/adapt them.
• Assist with testing/validation of changes to existing programs or implementation of new programs prior to release to production.
• Work in an agile development environment with a quick turnaround time and iterative builds using DevOps or CI/CD concepts.

Education/Certifications

• BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• Certifications in Oracle ERP/Projects/Financial Cloud is preferred
• PMP or Agile Framework Certification is preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years prior experience with Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud implementation and support.
• 4+ years of professional experience in on-prem Oracle ERP - E-Business Suite (EBS) or JD Edwards (JDE).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
• Experience with other applications like Tax (Vertex, Avalara), Billing (RecVue), Lease Management would be valued.
• Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.
• Experience with executing implementation strategy, capturing business and systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing and training.
• Knowledge of technologies, languages, and architectures like Functional Setup Manager (FSM), Application Development Framework Data Integration (ADFDI), File Based Data Import (FBDI), Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) Report development, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Software as a Service / Platform as a Service (SaaS and PaaS), Smart View / and Fusion Reporting Studio (FRS).

Work Plans:This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter and may require travel up to 20%.
