Our People Ops team in Phoenix is looking for a rockstar in payroll services! Someone who can accurately and efficiently assist with payroll processing and be the primary point of contact for all employee related payroll questions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of relevant expeirence and/or meet educational requirements, attention to detail, strong payroll ethics and ability to manage confidential information.
What you'll be doing
- Provide excellent customer service for employees with questions relating to payroll and timesheets
- Assist payroll manager with processing bi-weekly payroll and monthly bonus payroll. This includes but is not limited to: new hires, terminations, transfers, and shift changes
- Load or input all manual entries including bonuses, vendor files and miscellaneous adjustments· Review and audit timecards based on company policies
- Peer audit manual entries
- Process post payroll reports and files
- Maintain company tax setup in ADP Workforce Now
- Build and run reports as needed
- Assist the accounting team with identifying and resolving payroll GL issue
- Identify opportunities for simplification and automation
- Support other departments as needed with queries related to payroll transactions
What you have:
- ADP WFN experience preferred
- Workday experience a plus
- Working knowledge of payroll tax compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitie
- Must have experience with Google Suite
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with high volume transactions and work under pressure

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields
