The Sr. Manager of Investor Relations creates and maintains a compelling investor relations roadmap working closely with SVP Investor Relations and other stakeholders, to communicate the company's strategy, growth opportunities, and business initiatives in a way that creates clarity, consistency, and widespread understanding among investors and analysts. Day-to-day, the Sr. Manager of Investor Relations is in contact with the investing community, including current shareholders, potential shareholders, and equity and debt analysts.
The Sr. Manager of Investor Relations provides support to the SVP Investor Relations to liaison between management and investors and effectively communicates the company's position within the competitive landscape.
Who you are:
- Are you making the transition from equity research on the sell side or investment banking and wants to be in corporate investor relations.
- Seasoned analyst or associate level who understands market dynamics.
- Understand valuation. "Crunchier" aspects of the IR role.
- Having excellent writing skills is needed for the role.
- Involved with investor relations.
- Seasoned analyst or manager who is looking for that next level.
- Someone who understands the debt/equity side of the numbers.
- Involved with complex business.
- Experience with both equity and debt relations.
- Global audience.
- Quantitatively very strong. Understands how the market works. Understands market dynamics. Valuations - How to interpret financial statements.
Responsibilities:
- The Sr. Manager, Investor Relations manages the flow of financial and other information between the corporation, its shareholders, and the financial community.
- Preparation of quarterly earnings materials including press release, slide presentation, script, and Q&A documents.
- Attend various Investor conferences to present company's investment story and/or answer investor questions.
- Manage investor events including Investor Days and Trade Show tours/investor meetings (ex. G2E investor night).
- Preparation of investor materials in conjunction with capital market transactions including slide presentation, script, and Q&A documents.
- Meet with various equity analysts and investors to answer questions regarding the company.
Qualifications:
- 7 or more years of experience required in related field (i.e. Finance, Accounting or Business Administration).
- Requires strong knowledge of (list tools and/or applications such Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, SAS, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- Exceptionally strong financial and business analytical capabilities.
- U.S. public company experience preferred.
- BS/BA Degree + MBA, CFA or CPA, FMVA Certification strongly desired (i.e. Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. etc.).
- Experience in gaming industry desired.
