About this Job:

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be a trusted partner to senior finance and business leaders across a growing organization. This highly visible role will be pivotal in the financial planning process and help align the overall strategy for expense management, headcount planning, and project investment.  Through coordination of team activity and analysis of results, you will deliver key insights to better plan, forecast, and report on key focus areas for LiveRamp.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Embed yourself within business teams, quickly establishing trust through an understanding of their function and helping them be successful
  • Move beyond budgeting to become a thought leader on pushing data-driven insights and decision making
  • Lead improvements in process and systems to support scaling in a high growth environment
  • Oversee preparation of the annual plan, monthly close review, forecast updates, and management reporting
  • Management and development of the OpsFin and Expense teams
  • Own project planning and execution of key FP&A projects

 Minimum Job Qualifications:      

  • 7+ years of relevant, progressive FP&A experience
  • Excellent communication skills across various business functions and levels of leadership
  • FP&A business partnering experience in a growing, fast-paced business
  • Ability to tackle important business issues in a quickly changing, sometimes unstructured environment
  • Proven experience developing and growing employees
  • Able to create and deliver effective presentations to senior leaders
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with cloud-based forecasting tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, etc)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Role is located in San Francisco
