Sr. Manager of Finance - Customer Experience Solutions
Summary
The role is responsible for achieving Aristocrat's objectives by supporting the commercial team and providing financial, analytical and decision support for the Global Customer Experience business.
What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with commercial team to provide strategic and tactical business support that guides and influences key decision makers in the achievement of business objectives
  • Primary business partner with the Design & Development (D&D) and India for CXS Core business
  • Drive management reporting and data analytics that deliver key insights to business partners on financial / funnel performance; strong technical experience in Excel and other reporting tools required (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, other)
  • Manage the annual budget cycle, long-term strategic planning activities and quarterly forecast processes for the business
  • Develop and maintain pricing and product launch strategies and modeling
  • Lead pricing and deal evaluation for the business; drive cross line of business collaboration on bundle deals maximizing wallet share for Aristocrat
  • Implement improvements to planning and reporting processes and enhance leveraging of current and new systems and tools
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure an accurate and timely month-end close process
  • Build and develop a high performing Commercial Finance team and culture; continue to build out a deep succession plan for the broader Commercial Finance organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing M&A and entering new markets/adjacencies
  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • Commitment to team development and continuous improvement
  • Confidence to drive challenging conversations and make difficult decisions
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence senior executives
  • Track record of process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to see the big picture but able to dive into the details when required


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • MBA or CPA preferred, but not required
  • 6+ years of experience in similar positions
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and financial/reporting planning tools (e.g. TM1, Hyperion, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Business and industry acumen
