**This role is a hybrid position, which allows you to work from home 2 days per week.**

In this position, you will get to:
  • Lead the development of the 'Finance for the Future' roadmap in conjunction with the Vice President - FP&A, and other key finance and non-finance business partners
  • Be the primary FP&A Product Owner for OneStream XF, business intelligence and data governance initiatives as we transition to an analytics and decision support focused finance organization
  • Lead the execution of strategic plan including process flow, time line, review meeting coordination, document creation, and financial consolidation
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis including but not limited to: acquisition modeling, strategic initiatives, footprint considerations and scenario planning
  • Assist in review and analysis of quarterly earnings and investor relations materials as needed
  • Manage people - mentor financial analyst direct report / reports. Responsible for training, performance evaluations and career development

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
  • 10+ years previous experience in or with Financial Planning, Operational Finance or Corporate Finance
  • Passion and demonstrated ability to harness the power of data and information
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Previous experience implementing ERP, business intelligence tools and/or other financial systems - highly desired
  • Experience in Project Management - preferred
  • Ability to utilize Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneStream XF
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards (IAS)
