This is an exciting opportunity to join the Go-To-Market (GTM) FP&A team at Talend as we continue to propel the business through data-driven forecasts and influential insights. This Senior Financial Analyst role will report to the Sr. Manager, GTM FP&A and be part of fun & collaborative team. As the Finance Business Partner supporting the Marketing organization, you will drive consistency and best practices to help our leaders make strategic decisions, by developing accurate forecasts, reporting on key business metrics and building operational models and analyses. 

What you'll be working on...

  • Act as the primary FP&A business partner to the Marketing leadership team
  • Management of general expense and headcount on an ongoing basis
  • Drive monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process
  • Lead budget prioritization discussions, highlight risks/opportunities throughout the quarter, and provide qualitative analysis to support business activities
  • Manage and optimize the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reporting packages for the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team
  • Own and maintain the Global Pipeline and Product-Led models
  • Lead various ad-hoc projects to drive continual operational improvements, framework enhancements in support of generating meaningful insights, and reporting automation. 

About you...

  • Positive demeanor and excellent communicator, able to collaborate and deliver recommendations with influence and tact
  • Analytical and creative problem solver who challenges the status quo
  • High attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to take charge, set objectives, and drive results
  • Prior experience supporting a Marketing organization from an FP&A perspective a plus
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
  • Expert Excel skills are crucial, along with proficiency in Anaplan, NetSuite, and Salesforce
  • Prior experience designing and building models in Anaplan (or other planning systems) strongly preferred
  • Experience with Allocadia a plus
  • 3-5+ years of work experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; CPA/MBA preferred, but not required 
  • SaaS industry experience preferred

Although the role says Philadelphia, this role can be based anywhere in the US.
