About the Team
VIZIO is looking for a Lead Financial Systems Analyst to provide functional support for the Finance and Accounting team and other key business stakeholders. This person will play a key role in leading process improvements, driving enhancements, and maintaining existing financial systems and related reporting solutions. This position also offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other appropriate business areas to implement new financial systems.
What You Will Do

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support of financial systems and related reporting solutions.
• Own SAP master data creation and maintenance for Finance and Accounting team.
• Independently address a financial system and/or reporting need with users and proactively communicates a recommended solution for management review.
• Project manage small to medium-sized financial system implementations.
• Act as a key liaison between Finance and Accounting team and IT to anticipate, gather, and document requirements.
• Establish test cases and support user acceptance testing for system changes, including enhancements, upgrades, and/or system implementations.
• Create training/support documentation, and facilitate end-user training to promote user adoption.
• Assist Accounting team with any ad hoc requests, including the monthly close process.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of business experience in supporting and/or implementing financial and accounting systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of system administration and maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 3 years leading automation or technology-enabled process improvement efforts.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Intermediate level Excel skills.
• Experience in SAP Preferred.
• Experience in Blackline, Cadency, or similar Record-to-Report automated solution.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships across business functions.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Digital media/advertising experience preferred, but not required.

For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $ 116,000.00 /year. The maximum salary for this position $ 140,000 / year. The compensation package includes the annual bonus in addition to a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
