Description:This position is for the Financial Planning & Analysis lead for the AGMS program area (HELLFIRE/JAGM/M299 Launcher). This position is responsible for supporting all areas of FP&A including annual Long Range Planning, Quarterly Financial Reviews and monthly Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash forecasting. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with demonstrated analytical, communication and time management skills.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Supporting Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End close process and reconciliations• Support monthly Financial reviews, quarterly CSRs and the annual Long Range Plans• Coordinate and prepare analyses of AGMS Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash planning and outlooks• Make recommendations to BMIT & Program director regarding financial outlooks/plans• Prepare financial presentations for the BMIT & Program director and other leadership• Validate integrity and viability of program financial plans, ensuring forecasts are consistent with expectations• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis• Develop and maintain trusting relationships across functional areas• Identify and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to increase accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and analysis on program
Basic Qualifications:• Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite applications; Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Desired Skills:• Prior Financial Planning experience (program or central)• Experience with EFS model and MDR reporting• Experience with Tableau • Experience with SAP• Knowledge of the CSR and LRP process• Strong working knowledge of EFS System
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
