The Sr. Financial Analyst at Redox will be a major contributor to strategy, planning and execution. Redox is a high-growth business with lots of opportunities to accelerate that growth.

This role will support strategic and financial analysis including business case development, competitive and market analysis, budgeting and forecasting. This person will be the owner of Vena, our planning and reporting system.

If you are passionate about developing and building models, doing research and working collaboratively across the organization, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do

  • Monthly forecast updates
  • Quarterly departmental deep dives
  • Revenue planning, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Support Annual Strategic planning
  • Major contributor in annual budgeting
  • Much market analysis will still live with Marketing, but additional support will be provided by this role

Your Background and Experience

  • BA in finance, accounting, economics, or mathematics
  • MBA preferred
  • 7+ years experience primarily in FP&A or finance
  • Advanced Modeling Skills - Primarily in excel (sum/offset/match, index/match, array functions)
  • Analytical Skills (cohort analysis, statistical analysis & hypothesis testing)
  • Market research experience is a plus
  • Full financial statement ownership is a plus (P&L, Balance sheet & Cash flow)

Bonus Experience

  • SaaS B2B company experience
  • High growth scaling startup experience
  • Vena experience would be ideal.
  • Hyperion, Workday, Planful, Anaplan, Jedox, or Board could be helpful
