We are looking for a new colleague in the Finance Department at our location in Miramar, FL

Your Responsibilities:• Perform general accounting activities, including the preparation of financial statements, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules.• Provide financial support, including forecasting, budgeting and analyzing variations from budget.• Analyze and prepare financial statements and reports.• Prepare executive-level financial summaries and perform financial analysis for the organization.• Develop integrated revenue/expense analysis, projections, reports and presentations.• Evaluate product segments' performance compared to business plan on sales, operating results, inventory and other KPIs.• Prepare & analyze product line profit and loss (P&L) statements; prepare and present profitability reports.• Direct preparation of studies, reports, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, statistical reports, and business forecasts.• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.• Assist in the preparation of the business plan, including sales plan, operating costs plan & personnel planning.• Provide support and assistance with preparation of client assistance list (CAL) items for the interim and year-end audits/closings.• Participate in continuous improvement programs and promote team efforts and objectives.• Provide input for accounting and reporting process optimization.• Ensure organizational compliance with regional procedures and local operating procedures.• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, formal training, reviewing professional publications, establishing and expanding professional networks, and participating in professional societies.• Ensure all reporting activities are performed within the assigned deadlines & with the required accuracy.

Your Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Business Accounting, Finance, Administration or related discipline with 5+ years' experience as a financial analyst, accountant, or comparable experience in a finance function.• Familiarity with financial/controlling operations in the sales and service industry typically associated with industry experience directly related to accounting, finance, or controlling.• Working knowledge of ad-hoc financial analysis and the generation of monthly executive-level financial reports (e.g. profitability and forecasts).• Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative financial analysis techniques, external financial standards/regulations IFRS.• Expert with Microsoft Office® (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).• Solid organizational and project management abilities.• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.• Ability to work independently.• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.• English language competency - both written and oral.

Preferred Skills and Experience:• C.P.A or related certification• Navision experience preferred• Experience in the Marine industry• German and/or Spanish language skills
