Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Assist management in the development of annual budgets, estimates, and long range plans
- Work closely with operations on Monthly/Quarterly/Annual accounting closes to ensure proper customer billing and expense recording
- Prepare various period-end and ad hoc financial reports for Studio Operations divisional and corporate management
- Assist in the financial analysis by gathering, grouping, and presenting data utilizing spreadsheet applications
- Utilize statistical data to perform trend and variance analysis
- Help build financial models related to new business expansion
- Maintain standard financial reports for operations and finance leadership
Qualifications
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Experience in Essbase strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Word and Powerpoint
- Proficiency in SAP G/L, SAP business warehouse or Peoplesoft or comparable accounting system
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charting, financial formulas)
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong customer service and solution focused orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities and detail oriented
- Independent thinking and decision-making abilities
Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
