As the Sr. Finance Manager, G&A and special projects, you will build and lead a team specializing in business partnering with organizations comprising the General and Administrative functional areas. The team will support senior leadership of G&A functions with business planning & analysis, decision making support and other ad hoc reporting. You will be responsible for communicating corporate priorities & objectives and working with business partners to meet those commitments. Finance business partners are key liaisons between the functional areas they support and senior Finance leadership, as well as other areas of Finance, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Accounting and Business Unit (BU) teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Finance business partner to Chief Financial Officer, Chief People Officer and General Counsel/Legal and their leadership teams
• Drive expense efficiency developing monthly tracking and reporting while defining financial planning guidelines
• Lead monthly, quarterly, annual and long-term forecast exercises, and actuals vs variance analyses
• Support Ad-Hoc Corporate Finance projects

• Self-starter with a great work ethic and an analytical thinker with superior problem solving and decision-making skills, possessing the initiative to create presentations and analysis from scratch to answer questions posed and investigate the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers
• Detail-oriented and organized with prior experience having gathered, structured, monitored, and validated data to ensure data integrity and detailed documentation; has developed a habit of checking the accuracy of data and analysis several times over before submitting for review
• Excellent multi-tasker who is always "on it" with stellar time and project management skills; understands the importance of planning in advance to meet deadlines that include multiple review points and iterations
• Strong communicator, both written & verbal; reliable and responsive to email and phone communications
• Highest level of integrity and good judgment, with the ability to effectively deal with highly sensitive, confidential information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree finance; 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting and reporting; high-tech industry preferred
• Experience in multiple financial disciplines such as accounting, costing, and operational finance
• Extensive leadership experience and interaction with all levels of management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
• Proficient in SAP, Hana and SQL. Adaptive and PowerBI are a plus
• MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
