Overview:

As an SFA on the Global FP&A Capabilities team, you will be responsible for the health and development of capabilities that support the Supply Chain finance function. This SFA role will manage the process and BPC/Hyperion tools used for the North America and International Supply Chain financial planning process. You will partner with D&T resources to maintain the system, support users, and partner with business teams to ensure the most efficient and effective planning environment. You will work cross functionally to help implement BPC for volume reporting (inventory, production and demand) by assisting with business requirement gathering, testing and training of end users.

Further, you will continuously improve our suite of tools to meet evolving business needs, partnering across the finance organization to assess requirements, and work with technical teams to design, execute, sustain and improve forecasting solutions. In this role you will need to synthesize global perspectives and requirements into controlled, sustainable process and technology design decisions. You must energize teams to embrace change, and effectively communicate with global stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Seamlessly support existing Supply Chain finance planning processes and tools, proactively identifying risks and providing solutions
  • Partner with cross functional teams to launch North America's Supply Chain volume forecasting tool, including business requirement gathering, conducting end user training, executing tool roll out and helping lead change management efforts
  • Partner with North America and International finance business teams to define forecasting needs and translate into forecasting and process solutions
  • Recommend technology and process changes to continuously improve, mature, and sustain forecasting capabilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders and FP&A Capability Leaders to escalate and resolve issues and enhancements
  • Partner with technical team resources to develop and implement enhancements and new capabilities in the suite of Forecasting tools
  • Partner with technical team resources to explore and recommend machine learning opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in financial planning or systems management
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Customer Service aptitude: Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  • Technical aptitude for process, data, systems and metrics

Preferred Qualifications:
  • BPC experience, and Supply Chain planning process experience
  • Global and cross-functional team leadership
  • Experience with continuous improvement approaches
