We are currently in search of a Senior Treasury Manager to join our Global Treasury team at Clarivate! As a key member of the Global Treasury team, you will be responsible for managing Treasury functions and analysis across the America's region as well as the implementation of Global Treasury initiatives. Collaborating with the Global team, you will drive process and system improvements across the Group, ensure timely integration of acquisitions, ensure an efficient portfolio of banking relationships and accounts and develop best in class forecasting models. As a true leader, you will manage and own the regional bank relationships and teams. Displaying entrepreneurial ambition, you will drive forward America's region cash repatriation and bank account rationalization initiatives. Utilizing strong analytical skills, you will continuously develop the existing treasury management system to drive improved processes and analysis. Time management experience is vital, and you will handle the timely integration of acquired company banking relationships and procedures to align to the Clarivate Group processes and control environment.

What you need

• 7+ years of treasury management experience in a corporate setting
• Experience in a large global services organization required
• Knowledge of bank portals, international payment systems and KYC requirements
• Familiarity with treasury management systems and their development
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to foster a team-oriented environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional departments

It would be great if you had

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
• Experience in a large, global services organization that is a listed Group is preferred
• Experience in NetSuite accounting system and Kyriba treasury management system preferred
