What does a Senior Treasury Analyst do:

The Treasury Department leads and is responsible for Fiserv's bank relationships, payments processing transactions and activity, cash and working capital requirements, debt financing, capital markets, share repurchase initiatives, hedging programs, investments, equipment leasing, and various other activities.

The Senior Treasury Analyst plays an instrumental role within the Treasury Department. This position reports to the Treasury Manager. Team members gain exposure to all areas within Treasury with the objective of building talent, expanding knowledge of Fiserv's treasury operations and payments businesses, and creating career paths within Treasury and other parts of the organization. In addition to regular responsibilities, the candidate's role includes management of projects and initiatives, and requires effective collaboration with various functions to ensure business continuity.

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will:

  • Be responsible for performing tasks associated with Corporate Bank Account Management and Daily Cash Management per below:
  • Bank Account Management
  • Responsible for executing and integrating bank administration activities across the organization
  • Domestic and International Corporate Bank Account Management (BAMs) including but not limited to opening, maintaining, and closing of bank accounts in line with corporate governance
  • Manages and ensures compliance with regulatory matters [e.g., KYC, BSA, CIP, etc].
  • Coordination with banks and internal stakeholders for administration of online users, corporate and check signors
  • Focus on continuous improvement in BAMs processes; including but not limited to automation of workflows and maintenance of required documentation specially for audit trails. Develop scalable, automated, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Merger, Acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Evaluate projects in the acquisition pipeline
  • Provide Treasury support for merger, acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Coordinates the integration and divestiture (as applicable) of acquisitions and dispositions
  • Bank Fee Analysis
  • Optimize bank account structures and services to minimize fees and ensure operational efficiency
  • Develop reports to analyze Bank Fees to identify trends and savings with a focus on automation of reports for presentation to management
  • Daily Cash Position
  • Preparing, monitoring, and managing daily cash position (funding key disbursement and payroll accounts)
  • Preparing short term liquidity forecasts
  • Managing daily liquidity (submitting borrowing/paydown notices on the Revolver and Term Loan)
  • Executing various wire payments (Accounts Payable, Share Repurchase, Debt Service, Benefits, Intercompany Funding, Settlement Funding, M&A etc.)



Basic Qualifications for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline
  • Prior Treasury experience and a mindset to improve processes through automation
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills with an acute attention to detail, a high degree of professionalism and business maturity
  • Proactive and motivated to be involved in special projects to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of Treasury operations with a focus on automation
  • Advanced proficiency with Financial modeling using Power Query, Power BI, MS Excel, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Develop scalable, automated, and user-friendly solutions for Treasury processes
  • Internal customer-oriented and able to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person, over email and on the telephone
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently, problem solve, trouble shoot and complete tasks, assignments, and projects timely
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and good judgment with sensitive data


Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA, CTP, CFA, AAP or other professional finance certification strongly preferred
