The Challenge
Qualtrics is looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our growing Treasury function. We are a goal-oriented team that works hard and enjoys the incredible trajectory that Qualtrics provides. This professional will be responsible for planning and executing core Treasury activities in North America, APJ and EMEA including cash management, cash forecasting, short-term investments, bank account management, as well as implementing policies and processes in a fast-growing environment. The person in this role will partner with key stakeholders in other Finance functions- FP&A, Accounting, Legal and Corporate Finance to drive business initiatives and ensure all company and regulatory standards are met.
Expectations for Success
- Oversee corporate treasury operations, which includes managing and monitoring global cash balances and supporting funding processes in global subsidiaries
- Support settlement of all cash transactions, investments and FX.
- Evaluate financial and cash controls, processes, and financial service utilization across all business units.
- Set-up processes and controls and ensure compliance with controls to safeguard company assets
- Manage flow of funds, KYC, FBAR and AML requirements for all banking relationships in different countries
- Build and manage Treasury relationship with banking partners and key business partners such as accounting, FP&A, tax, AP, AR etc.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate Treasury related processes
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting partners on working capital management, financial reporting and cash forecasting
- Support risk & compliance and capital markets for various projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 4+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance or related fields; public company experience preferred
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, team player with a track record building and maintaining effective professional relationships
- Good communication and project management skills
