Position Overview

This position will have primary responsibility in supporting the management of the daily cash liquidity and forecasting, cash accounting and treasury general ledger close process. A strong candidate must have strong intellectual curiosity and is action oriented to push the boundaries to broaden his/her knowledge beyond the day-to-day responsibilities to be successful. The candidate will have a unique opportunity to have exposure to capital planning and management, balance sheet optimization, and overall business strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Cash Manager in forecasting daily, weekly, and longer-term cash flow sources and uses
• Assist Cash Manager in all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, and account funding
• Complete financial statement close process activities related to Treasury
• Streamline and automate current treasury processes
• Involvement in cash management banking and financial institution relationships
• Assist with implementing new bank technologies, products and services to improve cash cycle and simplify company operations
• Support Debt, Capital Management and Liquidity Management activities
• Act as administrator for the Company's treasury management system and banking applications
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures, including designing and implementing improvements to existing policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of overall Treasury experience with a concentration in cash management for 3+ years
• Strong analytical, financial and systems skills are required
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Collaborative in working with cross-functional teams
• Flexible and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, proa-active and organized
• Sound understanding of basic financial concepts and accounting principles
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point (Macro programming experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of banking portals and Kyriba a plus
• Series 99 preferred, if not will need to obtain within 6 months of hire

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $100,150 to $133,540. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, geographic differentials, certifications, etc. In addition to the base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities based on each role to reward achievement of annual performance objectives.
