Job Description:
Objective of the group is to:
• Standardize regulatory reporting for all regions around the globe• Decommission legacy Systems and save cost.• Provide common tools for Data, UI, Reporting Services and the overall regulatory reporting governance.• Core build will offer centralized framework and the necessary provisions for LOB extensions

• Development of Services Registry, Routing Layer, Communication Layer and core Workflow Management.• Development of regulatory reports using Axiom as the platform tool
  Responsibilities
• Lead the design for scalable, highly reliable, enterprise global systems in a structured, disciplined, and fast-moving environment.
• Work with vendors, development teams, CTO teams, Vendor Management to ensure proper delivery plans, execution and communication are in place to fully meet the deliverables
• Mentor others to develop within a controlled process according to design and high quality of code.• Perform code reviews for every release and relay feedback constructively.• Ensure team follows Agile principles
• Support the production environment, assist in the diagnosis and resolution of incidents, and maintain the stability and integrity of systems.
• Fast in learning and adopting of new framework and technologies
• Respond to external and internal audits
• Manage the responses to incoming ad hoc requests from LOB (Product, Operations, or client questions coming through Operations Support
• Have continued focus on improving and sustaining the applications' performance and stability

Educational Qualification• Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience
Experience• 10+ years
Required Skills• Experience leading global team (10 - 20).• Strong in any programming language (Python, Java, C#)• Strong data processing tools background• Genuine passion for creating well-designed data and reporting processes.• Continuous track record of developing high performant user interface tools.• Must be a self-starter, independent thinker with excellent communication.• Ability to work in fast development environment and adapt quickly.
