THE OPPORTUNITY:

Do you want to partner with amazing Sales, Marketing & Customer Services Reps & Leaders to help contribute to their success? Salesloft is revolutionizing the sales industry to create a modern, more personal experience for buyers and sellers. We need to add a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to make that happen.

The Revenue Operations team works with Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Finance, Legal and IT to create systems to more efficiently prospect, forecast, close, onboard, and support customers. We utilize shared platforms and data to ensure customers have a seamless experience buying from and working with Salesloft. This role focuses on operational excellence across the company by working cross-functionally.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Become an expert in our CRM and all Lead to Renewals systems within 30 days through training, self-study, and shadowing.
  • Manage Inbound lead routing process
  • Process Zendesk tickets and Salesforce chatters
  • Own creation of additional Salesloft instances for our customers
  • Develop and execute data, process and efficiency improvement efforts across revenue-focused systems
  • Manage prospect and customer data using various data sources including Varicent, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Looker, and other BI tools
  • Identify opportunities for data optimization, data cleansing, or development of new process/policies; develop operational measurements to identify business process issues and provide recommendations and solutions to business challenges
  • Run point on territory alignment and account assignment / refreshes throughout the year
  • Own the Rules of Engagement for territory and account questions, shifts and reassignments
  • Ensure ongoing data quality
  • Drive business process improvements and initiatives
  • Participate in a variety of special projects, as needed

THE SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related subject
  • 3-5 years experience with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Systems Management or Procurement
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Experience with compensation and/or commissions a plus
  • Ability to lead teams through change management and business transformations
  • Salesforce experience: you know how to update data, navigate standard objects, create custom reports and dashboards, etc.
  • Salesforce CPQ experience a plus
  • Salesforce Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including extensive experience meeting and presenting to senior executives.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with management and others in the company.
  • Self-starting and focused on personal growth.
  • Experience with Salesloft is a big plus.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique 
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Meet key partners in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Executives etc. - the relationships will be critical to your day-to-day tasks.
  • Get familiar with our account and territory allocation process

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Help implement our new territory tool, Varicent TQP
  • Be comfortable with the day to day administration of accounts and territories
  • Assist with the development and documentation of our process
  • Begin understanding our sales data vendors and the pros and cons of each
  • Continue to focus on OKRs
  • Consistently achieve your activity goals

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Be an expert and feel comfortable using Varicent TQP, day to day administration of the system, ad hoc requests and changes as needed.
  • Begin making recommendations on how we can improve our sales data cleanliness
  • Continue to focus on OKRs
  • Consistently achieve your activity goals 

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Be the go-to resource for all account and territory related questions and tasks
  • Be a consistent key performer and demonstrate ability to make those around you better and more productive at their job
  • Develop processes, taking actions on necessary enhancements around sales and revenue data related questions
