OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our General + Administration department.

As a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insight and strategic thinking to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience working with complex data sets, formulas, and systems to build impactful reports and dashboards 
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Excel modeling 
• Experience in a Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Finance, and/or process improvement role
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Skilled in time and project management; able to create and adhere to timelines while knowing when to adjust and how best to communicate updates
• An analytical thinker; someone people can depend on for insight 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst on our Revenue Operations team, you will:

• Identify and track leading indicators of revenue, key growth drivers, and performance for revenue teams
• Create dashboards to provide visibility on sales performance and activity
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to continuously drive greater sales alignment and efficiencies
• Ensure data integrity in the CRM by proactively reviewing account, contact, pipeline, and activity data
• Create documentation on new and existing software and processes
• Assist with ad-hoc projects (i.e. data migration) or launching new software or processes
• Provide technical support to the sales team as needed in Salesforce, Salesloft or Excel
