About The Role
As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, this role will be an analytical and scrappy problem solver and self-starter, you will use data and qualitative information to help sales leadership forecast, track, and manage the Consumer Sales business. You will help build and improve our data and analytics foundation including executive reporting, dashboards, and KPIs. You should have experience with building operational models, analyzing large and complex data sets, and improving our processes and tools. You will be working cross-functionally with our Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to help scale and grow Consumer Sales.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as a trusted partner to the leadership for Consumer Sales by tracking, and implementing business objectives, strategy, tactics, and processes that scale
- Provide visibility and performance tracking to the business by helping to build, maintain, and improve our data and reporting foundation
- Drive operational efficiency by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale
- Support special projects. Structure business problems, evaluate options, implement actionable recommendations, and track success
- Develop a strong understanding of all the main components of the Consumer Sales engine
- Assist with ad hoc requests and projects from the sales organization
Key Essentials
- Superior communication skills and high credibility to collaborate internally/externally.
- Ability to contribute strategically and navigate complex situations and market environments to align the organization to corporate strategy and objectives
- Proficient with Salesforce, BI and data visualization tools, Excel and PowerPoint
- Roll up your sleeves attitude and desire to work in a fast-paced start-up
- 2+ years of sales operations experience
