As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you will support the pricing operations, reporting, and analytics capabilities for some of Credit Karma’s most strategic businesses. You will help enable the team to deliver on financial and strategic objectives through developing processes and analyses that will facilitate revenue operations. You should have a high sense of ownership, a natural interest in continuously improving the way the business processes are run and a strong ability to communicate with non-financially minded peers. The role will report to our Lead Pricing Ops Analyst within the Partner Success team.

What you’ll do:

Business support / revenue reporting

  • Generate and distribute detailed revenue reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Investigate and communicate data discrepancies relative to trends and expectations, partnering with respective departments across the company to gain additional insight and recommending solutions
  • Support cross-functional business partners in developing and handling specific pricing requirements
  • Analyze and reconcile complex datasets to facilitate timely and accurate financial close

Establishing new processes / automation

  • Help establish and automate recurring processes towards efficient and scalable solutions
  • Develop methods to identify, monitor, and remedy data gaps and inconsistencies
  • Support creation of standardized reporting frameworks to improve speed and accuracy

Minimum Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Business or another related field
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in operations, analytics, finance or similar field (experience in Internet, technology or high growth companies preferred)
  • Extremely proficient in Excel and Google Workspace
  • Proficient in SQL (different join types, subqueries, aggregate functions, case expressions, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, intellectually curious and a fast learner with high standards for accuracy
  • A rigorous analytical mind able to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Previous experience improving existing processes and creating new processes to meet changing business needs
  • Ability and comfort working cross-functionally with finance, engineering, business units, and senior leadership
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external clients and financial partners
  • Experience with developing and maintaining processes which meet SOX compliance standards
  • Bonus Experience: Data Visualization (e.g., Looker), Salesforce, Jira
