What you will do

• Review customer contracts, Identify billing and revenue terms in accordance with ASC 606
• Assist in monthly revenue and commissions accounting close activities including journal
  entry preparation and key account reconciliations
• Ensure the company is compliant with revenue recognition principles under ASC 606
• Review standard and non-standard contracts to determine the appropriate revenue
  recognition under U.S. GAAP
• Identify and implement process improvements.

What you will bring with you

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA a plus
• 3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting a plus
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP  
• Experience with ASC 606
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Netsuite, Salesforce, Celigo, Dropbox experience a plus
• Experience ASC 340 (Commissions Capitalization) a plus
