We’re looking for a Sr. Payroll & Compliance Analyst to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local payroll tax regulations. This person will act as a liaison with service providers for tax filings and invoice reconciliations and will respond to questions and special requests from employees and tax authorities.

What you'll do:

  • Process biweekly payroll process for 250+ US employees
  • Process international payroll in multiple systems
  • Respond to employees on all payroll related inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manage Company state tax registrations and filings
  • Researching, analyzing, and resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Handle report requests from other teams
  • Prepare monthly GL reconciliations
  • Assist in new system implementations as needed

What we need:

  • Minimum 5 years experience handling payroll in a multi-state environment
  • Proficient using Excel
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Experience with Rippling/Deel/Globalization Partners/Middesk a plus, but not required
  • CPP/FPC a plus, but not required
