We’re looking for a Sr. Payroll & Compliance Analyst to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local payroll tax regulations. This person will act as a liaison with service providers for tax filings and invoice reconciliations and will respond to questions and special requests from employees and tax authorities.
What you'll do:
- Process biweekly payroll process for 250+ US employees
- Process international payroll in multiple systems
- Respond to employees on all payroll related inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage Company state tax registrations and filings
- Researching, analyzing, and resolving payroll discrepancies
- Handle report requests from other teams
- Prepare monthly GL reconciliations
- Assist in new system implementations as needed
What we need:
- Minimum 5 years experience handling payroll in a multi-state environment
- Proficient using Excel
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Experience with Rippling/Deel/Globalization Partners/Middesk a plus, but not required
- CPP/FPC a plus, but not required
