Job Description

As Director, Taxes, and Revenue, you will provide leadership for the product strategy, development, and marketing approach for a set of ATPCO products within the Strategy division focusing on the ATPCO product suite, identifying, and developing services and partnerships, and pursuing opportunities to enhance and develop ATPCO products. You will take a leadership role within the industry to shape new data standards, processes; and the creation of industry utilities that will expedite the industry transformation to One order. The person will be respected in the industry as a thought leader with strong domain knowledge of the Industry processes and systems e.g. (IATA Revenue Accounting Rules, Airlines Clearing House settlement rules, and Simplified Interline Settlement, ACH, and BSP settlement platforms).

You Will:

• Serve as the strategic leader in the successful definition and execution of ATPCO’s product development activities
• You will be an advocate for change and transformation at the industry level through partnership and collaboration with organizations like IATA, ARC & ACH.
• Understand the external customer’s business processes, create, and develop an industry network
• Provide appropriate commercial, technical, and financial analysis for potential product solutions
• Produce appropriate analysis of key industry trends and ultimately produce business cases for major investments
• Analyze and provide appropriate direction for ATPCO’s strategic position in the marketplace
• Possess travel industry knowledge and the ability to identify and analyze trends in the industry that may impact ATPCO’s position

The Ideal Candidate:

• Be well recognized and have credibility within the industry revenue accounting areas circles within the industry.
• Ability to collaborate with peers and executives to provide product solutions for the industry with appropriate analysis
• Ability to provide market analysis for business cases, product strategies, white papers, and concept documents
• Has effective project management skills and the ability to manage staff while providing leadership as appropriate to achieve project results
• Can effectively manage the ATPCO product development pipeline
• Ability to manage cross-functional work teams and collaborate with other business units to optimize ATPCO resources
• Can conduct effective communication with external customers to develop and track key industry trends
• Extensive experience in Airline Revenue Accounting areas having worked at an airline or airline revenue accounting system provider.
• Master’s Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
