Your mission:

In this role, you'll implement the strategy for the sales and operations team who are responsible for Kabbage growth. You will lead and implement "best-in-class" strategies and operational models across the sales and account development functions in tight-knit collaboration with Finance, Analytics and Marketing. The goal is to identify and complete initiatives that will drive growth and deep engagement from our clients, deliver outstanding service, and lead Kabbage's Sales Teams for acceleration of growth.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Responsible to collaborate and develop the strategy and planning process for sales
  1. Implement automated processes and strategies for Sales lead management, distribution, and customer growth.
  1. Deliver a sales and growth strategy using analytics-based insights to lead broader planning sessions, working across sales, marketing and product leaders
  1. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organization.

What you should have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in revenue operations, planning or analytics role.
  • Experience leading impactful teams, working in an agile environment and using partners and subject experts outside of own team to deliver business outcomes
