Highlights:
As the Senior Manager of Revenue Assurance, you develop, manage and refine reporting processes for the Revenue Assurance department. You excel at navigating a wide variety of data sources and developing effective reporting and analytical solutions that support fact-based decision making. You assisting in identifying, quantifying and monitoring revenue opportunities by managing the relationship between Revenue Assurance and other key business units. You work within an office environment in Riverview, FL or Stamford, CT providing data analysis to teams across the organization via in-person, email and telephone. You report to the Director of Revenue Assurance for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
  • Promote financial growth through active and consistent support of all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
  • Provide expert advice and education in the use and interpretation of revenue-based reporting and analytics to maximize other departments and business units.
  • Drive fact-based decision making by managing the development lifecycle of key operational and revenue-centric reports from conceptualization through implementation.
  • Define user requirements by interpreting business logics into technical specification to drive metrics, definitions and calculations.
  • Identify and track revenue opportunities and efforts by defining business-critical metrics and analysis.
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reporting packages for leadership to leverage as needed.
  • Develop business case, validate the solution and demonstrate added value of reporting by using an in-depth understanding of business requirements.
  • Assist with other projects by supporting related functions, including advanced analytics, forecasting and strategic business planning.

Required keys for success:
  • Ten or more years of relevant business experience.
  • Eight or more years of analytics or reporting experience.
  • Expert level SQL server skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead multiple teams and projects.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of querying large, complex data sets to generate reports while using strong visualization.
  • Deep analytical and issue resolution skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

How you will stand out from the crowd:
  • Experience with Salesforce and billing platforms, such as CSG and ICOMS.
  • History of working within cable or telecommunications industry.
  • Experience with MicroStrategy, SQL, Tableau and Visio.

Your education:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, information technology or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
