What you get to do:
Reporting to our General Manager of Credit Card, you will lead the design and enhancement of the pricing strategy for a newly launched credit card product.
- Drive price modeling efforts to evaluate different features and constructs to evaluate unit economics and outline success criteria for testing purposes
- Develop a risk-based pricing structure with the goal of maximizing customer value and profitable platform user acquisition growth
- Conduct analysis of our data to validate and refine pricing assumptions
- Work with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Credit Risk and Finance to agree on important assumptions and implement rapid, lean tests
- Analyze results of tests to determine model feasibility and scaling potential while iterating on new models to test
What you will bring to the team:
- 7+ years experience in pricing or financial modeling in credit cards specifically
- Preferably 2+ years of experience with credit card issuer, management consulting firm, investment bank, or professional services firm
- Experience with the key financial and business drivers within credit cards
- Ability to work with some ambiguity and high emotional intelligence
- Project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative approach and comfortable navigating a matrixed organization, and adept at building strong relationships across our company
- A "roll-up-your-sleeve" mentality and excitement to build the pricing function at OppFi
- Bachelor's degree

Job Level: Senior Manager
The minimum salary for this role is $120,000. The total compensation package includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level.
The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion, and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
