Senior Manager, Optimization Consulting
How you’ll make an impact:
The Senior Manager of Optimization Consulting oversees the department that provides post go-live system enhancements and technical advice to all our implemented customers. You will work with the managers as well as across the organization to ensure responsive, diligent, and proficient resolution to client inquiries as well as drive the service strategy for the department. The day to day in this role will include:
Providing daily supervision to Optimization Consulting leads
Acting as liaison to Experience Management regarding customer escalations
Acting as liaison to Client Services Operations and Implementation teams regarding customer escalations and shared initiatives
Overseeing customer transitions to Optimization Consulting
Overseeing any crisis management events
Reaching and maintaining basic proficiency for all StrataJazz® software solutions
This role will report to the Client Services Technical Director
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (i.e. Health Administration, Business, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science)
5-10 years of relevant experience, which includes management of software implementations, DevOps, IT, or experience working in a healthcare provider in financially related functions
A strong interest in providing a world class level of client service
Experience in building and leading high performing teams
Experience in technical issue resolution and escalation procedures
Professional and/or academic background in SQL and relational database concepts
Professional and/or academic background in coding concepts and Big Data technologies
An understanding of financial concepts, including financial statement analysis
Strong self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary
