As the Senior Manager of Go-to-Market Finance, you will be working as the trusted partner of our GTM organization to help continue to scale with best-in-class performance and predictability. As a strategic business partner of the GTM senior leadership, you will have a critical role in crafting ClickUp’s growth plans. You'll also improve operational efficiencies, while keeping track of company critical metrics, to meet our objectives. You will demonstrate your cross-company sophisticated understanding in order to impact the prioritization of the different programs. You will be responsible for building and guiding your GTM Finance team to help you achieve the departmental and wider company goals.
The Role:
- Lead the GTM Finance by being the trusted partner, and proactively bring in operational efficiencies that impacts GTM functions of the company.
- Be the source of truth for the company’s operational efficiency metrics. Share insights and provide GTM leadership with recommendations based on deep analysis.
- Co-lead the Sales and Marketing interlock meetings along with the leadership as their trusted partner. Build business-cases and financial models in order to support the decision making.
- Partner with RevOps in the processes behind building GTM strategy, Sales org's comp planning, Sales commission process and GTM critical metric reporting. Your team will keep close track of the execution and recommend needed revisions.
- Partner with Director, G&A Finance to build board decks, investor reporting, and leadership/executive reporting.
- Budget, plan, and track spend (including headcount) invested in the Go-To-Market efforts. Conduct monthly review calls with GTM leaders to review their operational efficiency metrics.
- Improve the predictability of the GTM results by partnering with Analytics team in building relevant and efficient dashboards for reporting.
- Build, lead and mentor a strong GTM Finance team.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of financial-analytical experience, at least 3+ of SaaS experience (B2B, B2C)
- Startup experience is highly preferred
- Cross-functional leading experience
- Experience leading direct reports
- A bachelor’s degree
- Experience with building business models for GTM plans.
- Ability to excel in a hyper-growing environment by being a fast learner and creative problem solver. At the same time is passionate about work, humble in nature, and a phenomenal team player.
