Job Description
As a Sr. Financial planning and Analysis Analyst, you will be reporting to the Director of FP&A. You will be working within the FP&A Department and will be helping to drive the company's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, and business partnering initiative. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support 'optimal' business decision making.
What You Will Do:

  • Produce and own the monthly management accounts pack and monthly board papers
  • Develop and enhance revenue models to support the digital business
  • Finance liaison for Digital Ops and Marketing
  • Monitor performance indicators; highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years' experience within similar FP&A roles
  • Professional experience in the casino/gaming industry is a huge plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on collaborative capacity
  • You will need to successfully complete a background and drug screen


Essential Functions/Exposures:

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods
  • Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods
  • Regular attendance in the office
