Sr. FP&A Analyst/High Level Position Summary

Enovis is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic, lean, fast-paced, and growing organization. The Sr. FP&A Analyst position offers the opportunity for deep, accelerated, and robust financial immersion. The Sr. Analyst will support strategic and pro forma financial modeling, forecasting / planning, as well as other ad-hoc activities. Operating under a hybrid in-office / at-home environment, the Sr. Analyst reports to the FP&A Manager within the current Colfax Corporate Finance team in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. The FP&A function operates at the intersection of strategic intent and operating performance and interfaces with the executive team, platform business and functional leaders, other Corporate finance associates, and supports Board of Directors and investor activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute standard and extemporaneous work to support business processes, initiatives, strategic analysis, and actions
  • Support annual budgeting and multi-year projections processes
  • Assist monthly forecasting the profit and loss ("P&L"), balance sheet, and cash flow statements, creating process and models where necessary to improve quality of insight and speed
  • Participate in, and support, monthly operational analytic reviews
  • Supports monthly business reviews with the business and department budget leads to maintain cost controls, deliver against plans and forecasts, and understand spending patterns and challenges
  • Partner with Finance teams on cost control and other efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Support M&A analysis as required
  • Develop high level of proficiency in key financial systems (e.g., EPM)
  • Drive internal process improvements and continually identify opportunities for automation to allow the team to perform world-class analytics
  • Ad hoc analytics and other duties, including special projects, as assigned

Become subject matter expert for key business systems Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements Expand beyond standard work to support key projects (e.g., acquisitions)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 4 years of work experience in Finance/Accounting; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered



Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with projections, forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and modeling of P&L, B/S, and CF statements
  • Acquisition modelling experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills; detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Reliable, accountable
  • Fast mental clock speed; ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/ Office skills required, especially the need to have advanced modeling skills in Excel
  • Hyperion experience is a plus
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
