The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis in support of the Hematology and Urinalysis Business Units.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Gather, organize and analyze financial data for the Business Unit(s) in preparation for monthly leadership reviews.
• Compile and analyze financial reports, find discrepancies or propose counter measures that require management's attention.
• Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for assigned functional areas.
• Recommend and drive actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
• Forecast models for P&L changes - e.g. changes of revenue and Increases/decreases of cost categories.
• Take on responsibilities in month-end close and reporting process.
• Act as Finance representative in special projects / process improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with 5+ years' work experience OR Master Degree with 3+ years' work experience OR Doctoral Degree with 0-2+ years' work experience
• Advanced Excel skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• MBA
