As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the continued financial health of the organization by providing critical analysis to identify opportunities to save costs and streamline processes. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Perform thorough analysis of financial statements
• Develop and execute sourcing opportunities that drive cost savings, cost avoidance, enhanced business outcomes and improved service levels
• Conduct ongoing analysis to identify and implement ideas for cost reduction and process improvement
• Perform detailed variance analysis and develop relevant insights on what is causing the variances
• Deliver monthly forecasts
• Manage a full project life cycle with limited direction
• Support cross-functional stakeholders by providing accurate and timely financial analyses
• Deliver presentations to various functional leaders

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of experience in Audit, Accounting or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) in a large corporate environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills

It'd be great if you also have:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
• CPA
• 5 years of experience in audit, accounting or FP&A, with financial analysis experience in a large corporate environment
